Once a large working boat yard on the Kennebunk River, it has been transformed into 6 condos, each with its own nautical character. The views of the river and of the bridge into town make a peaceful backdrop for your vacation stay. Relaxing on the 4 season porch with the Jotel gas stove is cozy in winter, and bright and airy in summer. A short walk to the restaurants and shops at Dock Square, and only a mile to the Beach! We were so happy with our stay at the Boatyard condo! Communication with our host was effortless. The condo was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed without having a lot of unnecessary clutter. The location is wonderful. So close to town for shopping and restaurants as well as the beaches. We look forward to future stays at the Boatyard!

We have a picture perfect stay at the Boatyard for our family! They have thought of every amenity to make it cozy and comfortable. We LIVED in the sunroom, and the location in Kennebunk could not be beat - truly walkable to everything. Spencer was an incredibly warm host and helped answer any questions that arose quickly. We will absolutely be back, thank you for helping us fall in love with Maine!
