Great property with a very short walk to the beach! Host very attentive! We had most everything we needed. This property could be improved with more effective AC in all the bedrooms and more comfortable pillows. Very close to all major scenic spots like kiosks, beaches, 10 minutes from rainforest and Carabali adventure park.

The communication with the host was excellent. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The apartment was well organized, in a great and safe location, and just steps from the beach. The space was very comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is that the bedrooms and closets had a strong humidity smell, which made the linens and towels smell the same. Fortunately, there is a washing machine available, so it was easy to resolve.Overall, we had a great stay.

AC damage in the family room.

Communications with Susan was easy. Responded in a timely fashion. Only problem was that the tv room’s and middle master bedroom’s A/C was not working right from the beginning just as mentioned in reviews. However Susan got her a/c guy on the job and due to the master panel and need of a refill of refrigerant we didn’t have the problem solved until Wednesday night.
