This house was perfect for our family getaway! There was plenty of room to spread out or to be together. The kids enjoyed the arcade games and we all enjoyed the huge dining room table for a family game day! The TV in the basement was perfect for a family movie night. The location was the perfect balance between a secluded getaway and easy access to town. The highlight of our trip was the bear sighting from the deck! Though we caught glimpses of bears every day, we had a chance to observe a young bear for several minutes one day. We would book again!

When we arrived, there was a cleaning issue. We got in touch with the property manager and the situation was resolved. We saw black bears almost every day of our vacation! It is ideal also how close the house is situated to Gatlinburg. The driveway is slightly scary to traverse, but I feel like many of those mountain houses have steeply inclined driveways. We enjoyed our stay in Tennessee.
