The house is older, but nicely accommodated. We did get locked out one night in 90 degree heat because the keypad wasn’t working and it took a while to get that fixed. Luckily we were able to get in a back door. Also, the AC does not cool down the bedrooms- it was so hot trying to sleep in that. Super unfortunate for the middle of summer in Tennessee. The place had plenty of towels, blankets, amenities, etc. I’d just recommend the A/C getting an upgrade so guests are comfortable as I’ve seen the same complaint from others.Communication and kindness from the host was great. They’re nice and helpful and appreciated them a lot!

This was a simple and quaint first floor apartment with several big rooms to hang out in and quiet bedrooms to relax and sleep. The beds were so comfortable! The bathrooms were not really what we expected because they didn't show the tub and the size of the shower was much smaller than it looked in the photo. We were a little disappointed that both neon signs were not working. That was part of why we picked this house and we missed out on a little fun in the atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very cute, clean, and well-decorated. We were disappointed that that the porch light signs did not work because the girls wanted to take pictures in front of it (as college girls do), but it did not affect our stay. It’s also walking distance to bars, shopping, and restaurants!

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. It is nicely decorated and has everything you need for a stay.
