The air conditioning and heating will keep you cozy, and the provided linens and travel crib make this the perfect home-away-from-home for families. Soak up the sun on the beach loungers, or simply relax on the outdoor furniture and take in the Florida breeze. Per Florida STR requirements: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Important Note Regarding Pool Heating: The pool is equipped with a heater and is heated from November 1 - April 1, for our guests' enjoyment. However, please be aware that during colder winter months, low ambient outdoor temperatures and overnight drops may prevent the water from reaching or maintaining full swimming temperature. We appreciate your understanding that pool heating efficiency is dependent on seasonal weather conditions.

The house is neatly situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It's super close to everything one would need whether it be shopping, groceries or restaurants. The home is also close to beaches and parks. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a fun day out. The pool was the highlight of our trip because there were days we just didn't feel like loading everything up to go to the beach so we opted to stay in. The house itself is lovely, it's updated, clean and nicely furnished and decorated. Checking in and communication with the host was quick and easy. Overall we enjoyed our time here and definitely plan on coming back in the future.

The house was great! It was spacious, quiet, and very clean. The pool was amazing! The master bedroom was large, and the king bed was comfortable. There were 2 seating areas. The house had everything that you could possibly want or need including beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, close to Honeymoon Island. We would love to stay again!

If you want a relaxing vacation- look no further! Close to the ocean, central to great restaurants and things to do- it was just perfect. Even better, you don't even have to leave the property to enjoy your stay. The pool was perfect, the house was clean and had everything we could need. The pool is especially great for little kids with the sundeck. We'll think about this vacation forever. Our host really thought out this property and we feel so lucky to have found this gem. I can't say enough good things.
