Spread out across the upper two floors, or head up to the stunning rooftop deck, complete with open-air seating and a cozy fire table. On the third floor, you'll discover a secluded master suite overlooking the pool, providing a private retreat. Just a short walk from resort amenities, including the lagoon and beach, this home is perfect for large groups or family gatherings.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kids’ crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. Hot tub heated quickly! Tons of linens. Huge rooms. So clean and nice! Very well-stocked kitchen. We had a great time!

Everything was wonderful. The neighbors behind us were very noisy but it was New Year's Eve so it is understandable.

There is room for improvement. First the hot tub had video instructions for how to turn on the jets, but the box that you use to turn on the jets was non existent. The host did not reply on this matter. The next problem was the oven. It didn't work. We had planned on making enchiladas for 30 people and the oven would only heat up for 2 minutes or less then shut off. The hosts response. Turn the breaker off and back on for a gas stove. It didn't work. We will send someone out tomorrow. After we check out. Waste of money and food for us. It was clean. The private pool and lagoon were fun. Just don't plan on using the kitchen.
