It is a 110-square-meter home with a view of Solana Beach. The setting is ideal for those who want to be at the beach at all hours without having to drive. But the highlight of this house is a large loft with a panoramic shower, a gazebo with chairs and a table for 6 people where you can dine outdoors and host a barbecue overlooking the famous sandy beach!
The house also has two private parking spaces located within the private complex.
Inside the apartment, there is a large living room with a dining area, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer, satellite TV, a working fireplace, and a lounge area with comfortable sofas. The apartment also features three bedrooms that can be converted into double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped and separate kitchen, and a terrace overlooking the beach where you can dine outdoors. Other notable amenities: washing machine, high-speed internet, dishwasher.

the house is located in Solanas, a basic village near Villasimius. the people are very friendly and we have used very much the owner's recommendations. the sea is very cleaned, there is a nice lido 50mt from home. nice home for families. it was very good for us to have unlimited wifi. we will come back for sure. it was a really beautiful vacation.

"We had a wonderful holiday in Solanas it is fantastic place to stay in Sardinia. The views and sights surrounding the village were marvelous. The house is very clean and cosy, fantastic terrace on the roof with an astonishing view. Beach is really only 3 minutes walk. Very hospitable and frendly owner who care about the people staying at their accomodation and available for any questions. Andrea, thanks a lot!!!
We also visited owner restaurant, all was very delicious!!!! We highly recommend this restaurant.

"We where in March in Solonas and we had a great time their. They appartement was clean and the terras on the roof was amazing. The owner Andrea pickt use up at the airport and showed use around. It was very quiet there, but we loved it.
It's a great place to go back to and we will.
