Tower 4 at Long Beach Resort-Beautiful low floor unit with great views! Known for the best floor plan on the beach our condo has beach views from all bedrooms, living room & Kitchen.
New furniture and bedding, tile flooring throughout, and granite kitchen counter tops.
There is almost 1400 sq ft of living space in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo- that's a lot of space!***Enjoy free high speed wireless Internet in our condo!***
The master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV blu-ray player, and a walk in closet. The master bath has dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds, a flat screen TV, DVD player, walk in closet and a view of the beach too! The guest bath has large walk-in shower and dual sinks.
The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a queen pull out bed. The dining room has a table that seats 6 with 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar. Our Kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook, eat-in and enjoy the sunset view from the balcony. The kitchen has granite counter tops. We even have a new washer/dryer if you need it.
Long Beach has gated security and on site parking. We are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and activities. (Pineapple Willy's, Shipwreck, Ripley's just to name a few)
This is a NON-Smoking (not even on the balcony) unit and NO pets.

I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Panama City Beach! Excellent location and the owner is honest and timely in his responses. The condo doesn’t disappoint!

It worked perfectly for us, especially with young children. First floor was great, we could easily take the steps if we wanted. The view was still beautiful & we loved the balcony area. There was plenty enough room for us. The beach area was great! There was room to spread out instead of everyone on top of each other. We’d definitely stay here again.
