Welcome to your newly renovated Fitzroy hideaway, with a seriously cool inner-city edge.
This isn’t your standard cookie-cutter apartment. Inspired by the neighbourhood around it, the studio brings together street art, industrial touches, bold colour and plenty of personality, right in the heart of one of Melbourne’s most iconic suburbs.
The hero of the space is the huge custom “We ❤️ Fitzroy” mural by local artist Lukas Kasper, featuring some of the neighbourhood’s most recognisable icons, including the Smith Street tram, Fitzroy Gardens and the Napier Hotel. It sets the tone for a stay that is fun, individual and unmistakably Fitzroy.
The sleeping area features a comfortable queen bed with quality linen, moody black finishes, warm hanging bedside lights and pops of colour. Black sheers soften the natural light while keeping the space feeling cosy and private.
Kick back, put your feet up and watch the wall-mounted Smart TV, or settle in with a drink and take in the artwork. There’s also split-system heating and cooling to keep you comfortable whatever Melbourne’s weather decides to do.
The full kitchen gives you everything you need for a proper stay, including an oven, cooktop, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and breakfast bar with stools. Perfect for a quick coffee before heading out, grabbing takeaway from one of Fitzroy’s brilliant local restaurants, or enjoying a quiet night in.
The renovated bathroom continues the look with crisp finishes, a statement black basin, matte black tapware and matching shower fittings for a clean, modern industrial feel.

We had a very good time in this clean, tidy and very well equipped studio apartment. The location was prime, just a few steps away from Smith st, and the place was neat and well kept. Would definitely recommend it for future guests who want to explore the inner north of Melbourne.
