Massive open floor plan with a huge covered porch overlooking Lake Superior. FULL GAME ROOM with pool table, ping pong, air hockey, stick hockey, or foose ball located in the basement next to the INDOOR SAUNA. 450 sqft screened in porch with lots of seating, open the doors and step out onto the patio with even more seating around a bonfire or the 6 person HOT TUB under the stars. Catch a sunset or walk the shores of Superior down to Iroquois Point Lighthouse only 1/2 a mile away. Take a swim at Monocle Lake, just a 5 min. walk from the front porch. Link up with the TRAILHEADS for miles of exploration for hiking, biking, snowmobiling, or side-by-sides. If boating, golfing, or gambling suit your fancy, just 7 miles away you can find all 3 at Bay Mills Resort and Casino/ Wild Bluff Golf Course. The monocle lake boat launch is only a 2 mile drive to the opposite end of the lake. Two high quality mountain bikes are available for use as well. Sault Ste. Marie is 30 min away, with lots of tourist shops, the Soo locks, and a wide variety of dining down on portage avenue.

Excellent property. Perfect for multigenerational vacation. Something for all ages from toys to heated bathroom floors and beautiful fireplaces. The place whispered with the intentional hospitality of the host. Tiny touches of fire starters for the fireplace for successful fires, coffee to go cups, plenty of towels, a warm garage for an emergency alternator change, kids books, a beautiful porch, and a so many other tiny personal touchesThe perfect home base. Would love to visit when it was warm enough to experience the water and all the house offers in that season. Thank you

The cabin was exactly what we needed for our extended family to be together on the occasion of our oldest daughter's graduation from Lake State. The property had everything we needed, and the price was fair. It was very clean and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace, game room and grill. Hightly recommend.

Lawson’s Lodge was perfect for our trip with 5 total (3 kids). We could have fit many more. There is all kinds of room in this house. The downstairs is perfect for entertaining teens and think their teens with ping pong and pool table. There are over a hundred DVD’s, hot tub, sauna (which is the one thing we didn’t use). All of it was wonderful.I even got a leg workout and 5 miles on the treadmill while reading a book while the kids played in the other room. Priceless.The kitchen is labeled to show you where everything is. There are sinks everywhere in this house ;). The porch would be fantastic for sitting when it’s a little warmer. View of Lake Superior from multiple rooms. I could go on.1 hour from Tahquamenon Falls, 30 min from Canada and Sault locks. We did those three as two day trips and had a great time.Great house and spot to rent as it has something for everyone. Would definitely come back. Thanks to Trent and Kristine for sharing their wonderful lodge with us.Erik
