This modern- pop style villa of 85m², located in the medieval region of Pyrgos Kallistis, offers magnificent views of the Aegean Sea and offers privacy and high tech comforts and it's part of Christou Estate.
Christou Estate Santorini is a complex of 3 villas built within a 5.500 m² land of olive trees, cypresses, pomegranate trees, herbs and gardens with organic local vegetables.
This whitewashed estate is located in the famous medieval region of Pyrgos Kallistis, a beautiful settlement of the island, just a few steps away from the main village of Pyrgos and the castle.
Elegantly designed and bathed in the bright Cycladic light, the estate is spacious enough to accommodate up to 14 guests in all three villas. The villas feature separate entrances and all the comforts of home to meet the needs of every guest. The private pools and outdoor sitting areas offer striking views of the island and the blue Aegean Sea.

The apartment is just great: The outdoor sitting area with it's view is outstanding. The villa is ideally located, close to all hotspots of Santorini. Breakfast is served by 2 wonderful ladies outdoor with view over the pool to the sea. Tony and John were always supporting us, book restaurants, boat tour etc. Daily room service is great as well.

The property is quite well located: nice view, central to visit the island, no direct neighbourgs (except the 2 other appartments of the property), close walking distance from the nice village of Pyrgos and its restaurants. The closest one at a few minutes from the property was our prefered one: simple, good and friendly.

OMG, the villa had amazing views, was very clean and the property management was excellent! We especially liked the prepared breakfast each morning on the patio!! Alex and Ella were wonderful!! I highly recommend this villa in Purgos for your stay in Santorini!!!
