The Neighborhood:
Paradiso Grande is a new luxury resort community in the heart of Orlando's attractions area, with modern homes featuring private pools and covered lanais. The Aquarius Clubhouse offers resort-style amenities including a pool, lazy river, game room and café (fitness center currently not available). Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, the Orlando Premium Outlets and dozens of restaurants along International Drive and I-4 are all just minutes away. The community is gated for your privacy and peace of mind.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the house. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 25–30 minutes by car, and I-4 and International Drive whisk you to the theme parks, dining and shopping in no time. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.
Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.
GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.
POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.
GRILL: The gas grill is available for rent for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Charcoal must not be used – it damages the grill and a fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for propane refills.
HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.
AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.

The house was gorgeous and was exactly how it was described in the listing. The only trouble we had was that the door code provided to us did not work and it took nearly 15 minutes to reach someone who could help us.The game room in the garage may be one of the first to be temperature controlled to the house , unlike many that are not and are very hot or the temperature outside. The master bedroom was phenomenal, with the only issue being the Roku not allowing access to an English TV guide. It was only available in Spanish, despite settings language being in English.I wish they would have provided more dish tablets to use in dish washer, so we were forced to leave dirty dishes at the end of our stay.Would also loved to have had a better understanding of recycling on the property. Because no instructions were given about recycling, we treated like garbage.Pool seating was more than ample for our group….and the pool xtra refrigerator poolside was a huge perk!!!Overall, great experience.

The house was as described. The family was excited about the theater room and the hidden bedroom. It was a very friendly home and large enough for 18 of us. Check in and check out was smooth. Enjoyed our stay

Our group consisted of 13 young female athletes and 6 adults, and this property was absolutely perfect for us. The layout worked exceptionally well, with all of the girls staying in the upstairs bedrooms while the adults were comfortably accommodated downstairs. The home is very well equipped, featuring two sets of washers and dryers, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of common areas where the girls could relax, socialize, and spend time together while keeping the bedrooms dedicated to rest and recovery. The property management team was responsive and quick to address any questions or requests throughout our stay. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The amenities were really weak. We got one Tide pod to do laundry. There were no bars of soap in any shower or bathroom. There were hand soap pumps, but it was very watered down. We couldn't use the BBQ. It was a bit worn down. Tons of marks on the walls, need to be repainted. Black hairs in the bathroom. I wouldn't consider this 5 Star Luxury, I have had better experiences at a 2 Star Hotel. It wasn't a bad stay, it just couldn't have been better, and really didn't meet my minimum expectations of a rental. The pool was disgusting when we arrived, but it did get cleaned later the next day.
