This single-story apartment is located about 20 meters from the beach.
You’ll love its ideal location, its small private garden, and its comfort.

You’ll find a private garden of about 50 square meters, enclosed by a wooden gate (which does not lock) that provides access to the apartment.

You’ll enter the apartment through the living area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area with a sofa, a TV, and a dining table (seating 4 people).

The kitchen is equipped as follows: 
- Nespresso coffee maker

- Induction cooktop
- Dishwasher
- Oven
- Microwave
- Refrigerator/freezer
- Washing machine

Next, you’ll find the first children’s bedroom with a bunk bed (90×200 mattress) and a small closet. Please note: there is no window in this room, but there is a glass partition separating the room from the living room (with a blackout curtain).

A second bedroom with a 160×200 bed, a walk-in closet, and access to the garden through a French door.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a bathtub with a vanity, a mirror, and a towel warmer.
The toilet is separate.

A travel crib is available on-site for your child.

Included: Wi-Fi, linens (towels, dish towels, bath mats, bed sheets). A welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, and a trash bag will be waiting for you in the apartment. For the rest of your stay, you’ll need to purchase any additional supplies yourself.

You’ll be provided with a set of keys.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
