Great time fishing in the morning. Beach in the afternoon. Grilling on patio or dinner outi in the evening. And then more fishing. Property itself is good. It’s what you would expect from a rental at this property. Very clean, a few carpet and tile dings., but everything worked and a/c was really good. Beds are comfortable

We had a great time and experience with this property. Location was great the unit was great. Golf cart was wonderful. We would highly recommend this unit. We had a little issue with the golf cart, on our end, but we called the number and it was taken care of in no time.

The condo is nice and has everything we needed for our stay. The golf cart was great and much needed to get around the community and to the beach. The condo did have some areas that could have been better. The dryer didn’t function properly so ended up bringing wet clothes home. The primary bedroom door didn’t lock so we couldn’t get the privacy we hoped for. Also the upstairs shower nozzle sprayed everywhere but didn’t keep us from showering. The condo could be upgraded some but I’m sure it stays pretty booked so not easy to do. Also there isn’t designated parking so it’s sometimes difficult to find a spot near the condo or to plug the golf cart up for the night to charge. The only other thing I will mention is if you have kids, the stairs are slick, steep and narrow. So it can be kinda dangerous. Our 6 year old daughter fell down them but just a couple of bruises. We will be back to sandestin golf and beach resort but may find other accommodations next time.
