The apartment, which as of today bears the name Antares—after the brightest star in the sky—and was renovated in November 2022, is much more than just a temporary lodging facility; it is, rather, a concept that embodies the owners’ desire to offer an experience that, in addition to the usual visit to the wonderful region of Puglia, by staying in one of its most beautiful villages, offers a variety of experiences that will make guests feel right at home in a place of total comfort, as well as providing exclusive benefits for guests.
Our apartment is located in the heart of Monopoli’s residential area, a 100-meter walk from the station (train and bus, which provide access to our wonderful beach area and the most beautiful towns in Puglia, such as Alberobello, Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare, Cisternino, the Castellana Caves, the Fasano Safari Zoo, Ostuni, Lecce, and Bari) and from the hospital, 250 meters from Monopoli’s city center, “Piazza Vittorio Emanuele,” and the historic district.
Within a 250-meter radius, easily accessible on foot, you’ll find a pharmacy, snack bars, cafes, a pastry shop, a supermarket, a fish market, a tobacco shop, a beauty salon, a church, gas station, fruit stand, children’s playground, pizzeria, car rental agency, and the city’s main shopping district (Via Umberto and Via Roma).
