Upstairs, a bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and can accommodate a cot. An open mezzanine completes the sleeping area with two 90 cm single beds. The gîte includes a shower room and two toilets. Outside, guests can enjoy a private terrace extending onto a 200 m² enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing while admiring the Pilat landscape. Fiber optic Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washing machine, a television, and a covered shelter complete the amenities of this holiday rental. For safety, insurance, and equipment reasons, any outdoor meal with guests not staying at the gîte will be limited to 15 people if both gîtes are rented (ref. 4156), and subject to the owner's agreement.
