Adjacent to Piazza Madrice, in an elegant and quiet setting, the Palazzetto—comprising 6 highly exclusive apartments—was built in 2023. The building is divided into three floors. The first two floors feature three apartments: two two-room apartments, each with a living room featuring a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a double bedroom, and one three-room apartment with an additional bedroom. On the rooftop, there is a spacious 160-square-meter terrace with a living area, sofas, armchairs, and everything needed to ensure guests have a relaxing and unique stay. All apartments are quiet and equipped with a smart TV in every room, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. They feature insulated windows and high-quality finishes.
