We had the best time at Casa Svea! We celebrated a birthday and the house was perfect for our group. Every couple had their own room and bathroom. The house even came with drinking water. So close to 5th ave. I would definitely rent this house again.

The property was really nice and clean! It’s a massive house!A few things to note:- as others mentioned, common areas don’t have AC. We were visiting in May which made it quite hot and uncomfortable to lounge in the common areas- there is no backyard - the pool in the image is located in the front yard and is very small! - the water went out on our 1st night in the property. The property manager was very responsive however and someone showed up to fix it at 12:30am. It took about 30-45 minutes to fix and the water was back on- the beach near the property is actually quite nice!
