Welcome to The Black Slope,
—a house that has just been renovated.
You can come with up to 10 friends or family members to enjoy skiing, sledding, dog sledding, cross-country skiing, and—of course—the snow, all in an authentic, peaceful, and quiet village in Savoie.
If you keep an eye out, you might spot magnificent wild chamois roaming freely from the terrace.
There is also a ground-floor apartment for 4–6 people.
Layout of the house:
Bedroom 1: Double bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed with TV and direct access to the bathroom
Bedroom 3: Dormitory for 6 people with single beds
Bathroom 1 with shower and bathtub
Bathroom 2 with shower
2 separate toilets
Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, dining room with wood-pellet stove
Bedding provided
Non-smoking home—no pets allowed
Free parking in front of the house

Family of 5, skiing for 9 days. It’s a short drive to the gondola, and then so easy to access the 3 valleys. The house felt about right for us.
Jeremy was responsive and proactive. E we forgot to bring towels so he went home and brought back some of his own for us to use. We had a problem with the oven which he quickly sorted (a brand new replacement).

Super nice place and super host.
Few things were missing vs listing but Jeremy has been super helpful to help us timely.
Only thing to mention is with toddlers/small kids the stairs of the house can be a bit narrow and scarry! But we enjoyed our stay in this lovely chalet nonetheless!

Jeremy, was a lovely host. Our two families had a lovely week. We like to cook, which the apartment was perfect for. Beds comfortable, showers good. Short drive to Gondola. We look forward to returning. Fergus - Irl
