The property had everything we wanted and needed for this trip and the property was nice, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect to walk to/from downtown St. Augustine.

Nice get away from our day to day busy business...The Unit had the 3 primary things we look for / demand -Clean, Quiet and overall Great location.... 5 days excluding one day we went to beach which was all of 10-12 min drive, other than that we Parked the car at check in and never touched steering wheel again until checkout..... easy walk to Everything / historic Dwntwn area...Chad / Iris Calico Ft Lauderdale

As you enter the unit through the back door, the blind on the door is ripped in two places and needs to be replaced. The door casing in the same area is dirty so my first impression was not good.
