Welcome to your spacious full apartment, designed to accommodate up to six guests! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a BBQ. We have games for both kids and adults, plus a widescreen TV and pool toys for endless fun. Just bring your swimsuit and get ready to leave with a smile!

Our property offers off street parking. Guests receive door combination 3 days prior to arrival.
Hours of Operation for Hot Tub, Pool, and Gym:
• Hot Tub/Pool/Gym: Open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. • Seasonal Pool & Hot Tub: The pool and the second hot tub are open from the May long weekend until the last weekend in September unless a prolonged cold spell requires an earlier closure.
• Winter Hot Tub: One of the hot tubs remains open during the winter months. Please note that the availability of the hot tubs and pool facilities may change due to seasonal variations and maintenance schedules.

Downtown Invermere: The downtown core is a 2 minute drive away. It offers plenty of shopping and dining experiences. Parking is free and available throughout the downtown area.
James Chabot Provincial Park: You're already there! Just past Lake Windermere Pointe you will find the entrance t this great beach. This provincial park has a broad, sandy beach backed with open, grassy play areas offers pleasant surroundings for families who enjoy lakeshore recreation. Water sports rentals are found close by at Columbia River Paddle. Free parking on site.
Kingsmen Beach: Invermere's most popular beach is a 5 minute drive away. This beach is great for families, it has a small park, water park and waterslides on the lake. Canoes, kayaks, and SUPs rentals are available seasonally. There are public washrooms with change rooms and showers. There is a free parking lot onsite, however be prepared to park in the street during busy summer days. In the winter, Kingsmen beach is the main access to the Whiteway, which is the longest skating trail in the world.
Radium Hot Springs: This little mountain town is a 25 minute drive away. The town itself offers shopping and dining experiences. Just a short drive into Kootenay National Park, you will find the historic Hot Springs Pools, which is a great place to relax and unwind.
Fairmont Hot Springs: A 30 minute drive to scenic hot springs. There are 3 golf courses, a zipline tour, a lazy river float, restaurants, and an abundance of hiking & biking trails. During the winter Fairmont has a small family-friendly ski hill. It's a great place for little ones to learn!
Panorama Mountain Resort: This world-renowned ski resort is a 20-minute drive from the condo. This ski resort holds the record for the most space per skier in North America, has 100km of slopes available, and is home to one of North America's top 10 verticals. In the Summer, Panorama is home to the Grey Wolf Golf Course and renowned mountain biking trails.

This unit provided good accommodations during our brief stay. While some might say the patio view of A&W parking lot was less than desirable, it makes for good people watching. The host was helpful and responded to questions promptly. Thanks again for the stay!

Stay was awesome! Great location, clean and well equipped. Our kids loved all the games and toys in the room they were staying in! Natasha was amazing and prompt to deal with. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay! Everything was clean, there were lots of games to play, plenty of towels for the hot tub. We appreciated the spices and pantry items. It was great having some privacy in the den with a curtain separating it from the rest of the living space.
