The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, while the in-unit washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi add everyday convenience. For those who like to stay active, the condo also features a Peloton Bike+—bring your Peloton shoes or use the provided adapters with running shoes.
Sawmill Creek offers two indoor hot tubs, shared grills, and a covered parking space for guests. The nearest shuttle stop is conveniently located just outside the complex, making it easy to get to the lifts and explore the area.

Great location, close walk to downtown amd spacious enough for our family of four.

Great location. Ski in at the end of 4 o’clock run. Gold route right outside the door. At the beginning of route (just after Breck station), so it’s not after the bus is full in the morning if you are trying to make first lift. Walk anywhere downtown in 10 minutes.Condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Seems likely that the owners spend a lot of time there rather than it being rented constantly. Parking on site was not an issue. There is a physical key for the unit rather than a code. This is the only minor downside. Also, the door locked automatically after 5 minutes. That caused some confusion. Great view. All things considered, I was very pleased with this condo.

Great location, easy walk to the local restaurants and shops. Ski bus stop right in front and you can ski down the 4O’clock run to get home at the end of the day. Hot tub was lovely and was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked as well. We had a great time!

Wonderful stay in Breckenridge with family. The location was super, the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were great. Highly recommend - would stay again!
