Experience unparalleled convenience at this trailside community condo, where you can ski right back to your building! Located just a 200-foot walk to the lifts and 100 feet to the amenity center. This property offers two bedrooms and two full baths, accommodating up to five guests. Inside, you’ll find a newly updated kitchen, complete with all essentials, and a cozy fireplace to unwind by. With a private ski locker and all the comforts of home, this condo offers the ultimate mountain getaway!
The Space:
After an exhilarating day on the slopes, head to the nearby amenity cetner. Soothe tired muscles in the indoor hot tubs, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or unwind in the saunas. For a bit more fun, enjoy the game room or fit in a quick workout in the fitness area.
Reserve amenity access at the amenity center with the new reservation system! The entire complex was renovated in 2021 including indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tubs/saunas, brand new locker room, new outdoor BBQ grill access poolside. You can also reserve a time slot to use the Pelotons!
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.
-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.
-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

Host was great and gave all of the information that we needed well in advance. Condo was very nice and amenities were fantastic.

My family and I had a great stay at Seasons just before Christmas. The condo was as shown and as described. The check-in process was very easy and the host, Greg, provided plenty of communication and information. The location is perfect - easy lift access at the beginning of the day and you can ski right down to the condo when you're done. This unit is also very convenient to the pool complex. Plenty of parking and good ski storage on the ground floor. We look forward to staying here again this ski season! Note for future renters: the very nice kitchen has an old-school drip coffee machine, so bring ground coffee and filters. I brought K-Cups on a hunch and was out of luck for morning coffee.

My family had a wonderful time staying at the townhouse. It was very spacious, had everything we needed, great amenities like the indoor pool and hot tub, and walking distance to the Sundance Lift. We would definitely recommend this property to our family and friends. Thank you.
