Had a awesome time, loved opening the back door to the ocean literally feet away. We didn't have any issues, the host had everything you needed.

The beach is gorgeous and perfect. Restaurant and nightlife within walking distance but not disruptive. AGUADILLA IS SO SWEET. Parking is rough. Just be patient and find a spot nearby. We like to cook so I require more utensils and versatility. No hot water. Take an extra pillow. There is a morning rooster...to be expected in this area. Brunch places nearby are spot on. Hot shower water is limited...do not expect it. We loved it and the snorkeling/boarding is prime in the backyard.
