Welcome to Villa Solvani – your private tropical escape in Playacar, Playa del Carmen.
Set in the peaceful and exclusive Playacar Phase 2, Villa Solvani is a spacious 4 to 5 bedroom villa surrounded by lush tropical greenery, with its own private pool and garden. The Caribbean beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, while Playa del Carmen’s famous 5th Avenue can be reached in approximately 20 minutes on foot.
Perfect for families and groups of friends, the villa accommodates up to 14 guests and offers 4 to 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy.
The ground floor features a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area opening directly onto the pool and garden, plus a comfortable living room/library with a 65” LG NanoCell Smart TV. The living room can also be converted into an additional sleeping area with a king-size bed and privacy curtains.
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, sofa bed, ensuite bathroom and private balcony overlooking the pool and tropical garden. A second bedroom offers two queen beds, ensuite bathroom and balcony, while the fourth bedroom features a king-size bed, sofa bed and private bathroom.
Step outside and enjoy your own private tropical oasis. Cool off in the swimming pool, relax in the garden and enjoy the warm Caribbean climate with family and friends.
The entire villa, swimming pool and garden are exclusively yours – there are no shared outdoor areas.
For a comfortable stay, Villa Solvani includes full air conditioning, fast 200 Mbps Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, as well as complimentary maid service Monday–Friday.

Pool was perfect for our 4 kids with a shallow end for wading, and the house is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is pretty quiet since it’s in a gated community which also made it feel very safe. Myrna and the property manager Claudio were both very helpful and prompt with any responses. Myrna helped us organize two private chef meals which were both incredible and affordable! Would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay here with friends and family, including four young children. It really is a lovely place.
A bit of an issue with the water pressure, so everyone had to shower in the main en suite.
Also, the beach is definitely not a five minute walk since you have to walk all the way around a few resorts.
Would definitely stay here again.
