We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and use unscented laundry cleaning products.
✓ We NEVER use Plug-Ins. A clean house should smell like nothing at all!
✓ Non-toxic personal care and cleaning products from Public Goods.
✓ Eco features include recycling, dual-flush toilets, and energy-efficient LED lighting.
✓ In-fridge water filter so you can get great quality drinking water straight from the tap (bring a water bottle you can reuse).

For your safety, we program a unique code for each guest into the Schlage Encode keypad lock. We do not recycle or reuse door codes or have keys that could be copied.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
• No parties, large gatherings, or events—ever
• Quiet hours outdoors: 10pm–8am
• Sleeps 6 max (includes all humans regardless of age, $100 per person fee for more than 6)
• No couch sleeping or additional guests
• Driveway & garage allows up to 4 cars
• Mid-stay cleaning included for 16+ day bookings
• We cannot host any animals or pets, sorry.
• Fireplace is decorative and not functioning, there are LED candles for ambiance.
• When patio slider is open for 5+ mins, HVAC will automatically turn off to conserve energy.
• Hot tub is not available as an amenity from June - August.
• PRIMARY GUEST: Must be over the age of 28, verify their identity (much like when staying at a hotel), sign a rental agreement, is responsible for payment, and is physically staying at the property for the duration of the stay.
