This bright, basement-level vacation rental—built in 2021 and in like-new condition—measures approximately 40 square meters and features a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stovetop, oven, automatic coffee maker, fridge-freezer combo), an open-concept living and sleeping area, and a bathroom with a shower.
The solid-wood bed measures 200x200.
The beautiful garden borders a stream. The lovely garden terrace (wooden deck) with a view of the greenery invites you to relax and linger right by the stream.
A 5-minute walk to Lake Wörth. Right below is a sunbathing area, a children’s playground, and a kiosk serving delicious food and drinks (open year-round).
A 5-minute walk to the S-Bahn, which goes to Munich (in about 30 minutes) or Herrsching.
Great surroundings in the “5-Seenland” region with a wide range of recreational activities, from sports to cultural offerings
No traditional TV available—you can log in via the PlayStation to Netflix or Sky (if you have an account) or, for example, via the ARD Mediathek.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property or inside the apartment.

The flat was in a calm city less than 5 minutes by walk from the lake. It was less localized to go easily to munich by train and to visit around. It's the best localization if you want to visit cities and natural landscapes.
