We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return! The layout was perfect for our group, and having a private bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus. The kitchen was one of the best-equipped vacation rental kitchens we've used, and the two dishwashers made cleanup with a large group incredibly easy.A few suggestions that could make an already great home even better:* The living room felt a little small for a home that sleeps so many people, making it difficult for everyone to gather in the evenings.* A few rocking chairs or more comfortable seating on the deck would be a great addition. The views are beautiful, and we would have spent even more time outside.* We experienced a sewage issue during our stay. The alarm was sounding when we arrived, and although we were told it was resolved, there was still a noticeable sewage odor in the kitchen for much of the week.* The Wi-Fi was already out when we arrived and wasn't restored until our last day. With limited cell service, this made work and family communication difficult. While the 360 Blue team was responsive, professional, and courteous, there seemed to be a disconnect between communication and the solutions provided.Overall, this is a beautiful home in a wonderful location. We truly enjoyed our vacation, and with a few small improvements, this would easily be a five-star experience.

House was perfect! We had issues with the wifi when we arrived but the property managers sent someone out that same day (and a few more times throughout our stay) to make sure it stayed up and running.After biking and driving around Cape San Blas, I can confidently say that this house has the best pool/outdoor area out of any of them. The wrap-around deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails while the kids swam in the well-lighted pool and made s'mores in the fire pit. There are four bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out.The house also has two dishwashers and every kitchen item one could need. The only knock I could give would be that a separate ice machine would be helpful as the one in the fridge/freezer can't keep up with that many people. We easily solved the problem by running down the road to grab bags as needed.The beach access was easy though with the erosion that the area has suffered, climbing the sand to and from can be difficult for those with physical limitations. For the rest of us, we thought of it as a good workout to haul our gear to and from the beach.
