Located in a quiet, green area of Monteneto, surrounded by fragrant pine trees and olive groves, this bright second-floor apartment is ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking to relax and enjoy nature.
The apartment is thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday: a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and fresh linens, a cozy living room with a sofa bed (suitable for two children or one adult), satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas stove, kettle, coffee machine, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower, sink with a mirror, a hairdryer, and two towels per person.
Outside, there is a spacious 900 m² shared garden with Mediterranean plants, barbecue, and dining area — perfect for relaxing or dining under the stars. Free private parking is available right in front of the house.
The beautiful sandy beach of Zambratija is ideal for families with children or couples wanting to enjoy the sun and sea. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented, or you can relax with a drink at the charming Destino Beach Bar while watching the sunset.
