Minimum age of 25 of primary guest required. No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. Parking pass must be displayed at all times.

This is a great little condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. If you want to be close to a lot of activities this is a great place to stay.

Condo was as described and very clean. Rental instructions and directions were delivered in a timely manner and easy to follow.

The photos of this rental property were not at all what we saw, especially in the living room. The blue rug was not there; in its place was a very dirty brown/black patterned rug. The sofa was stained and dirty as well. We would’ve liked to have used it for extra sleeping space but not as it was. We actually ended up covering the sofa with one of our own blankets from home to even sit on it. The coffee table was made of pressed wood and had torn/broken places on it. The floors could’ve been cleaner as well. You could take a clean cloth, wipe the floor, and it was dirty.I will say the bathroom was clean overall as well as the kitchen. The linens had a musky smell to them on the beds so I was glad I brought my own sheets, bed covers.Beach/oceanfront view was great!We paid over 1,000 for this property for two nights. Definitely not worth it. Would not recommend!
