A wonderful, completely rural house on two floors, each measuring 65 m² plus a 240 m² interior courtyard. It features 2 double bedrooms and 1 master bedroom, as well as 2 spacious full bathrooms and a 25 m² living-dining room with a fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen.
Gordoncillo, a village south of León, has a continental climate (very hot in summer and very cold in winter). The area offers beautiful surroundings with the GORDONZELLO vineyards, hiking and biking trails to its crystal-clear springs, green spaces, and sculptures. MIHACALE Flour Museum (a former flour mill) featuring exhibits of flour-milling machinery and temporary exhibitions by local artists.
