We are delighted to present this exceptional, stylish four-bedroom detached Edwardian home, ideally located close to the picturesque Giggs Hill Green, with its traditional English cricket green, charming country pubs, and a mainline station offering frequent services into London.

Set across three floors, the property offers generous and flexible family living throughout. The ground floor features an impressive kitchen and family room with bi-fold doors opening onto a patio and a spacious garden beyond — perfect for entertaining, outdoor dining, or relaxed family time. There is also a separate reception room, a utility room, and excellent storage.
The first floor hosts three well-proportioned bedrooms, including the principal bedroom with en-suite bathroom, along with a modern family bathroom. The top floor provides a further double bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed.
Outside, the large garden offers a wonderful sense of space and privacy, while parking is available at the property. This beautiful Edwardian home combines period character with contemporary living in a highly sought-after location.
