New sliding glass doors added 8/2024. Amazing view of the GULF OF MEXICO from the moment you walk in the door, but even better from the large balcony. You will love this fully equipped condo. Reserved parking space. Pool, poolside bathrooms, private entrance to the beach.

Loved this condo. The bed was so comfy! Billie was great to work with! There was soo many beach toys and chairs. Everything you need is all there waiting. We will definitely be returning

Very nice condo overlooking the gulf. A nice small complex. Heated swimming pool. The condo is well stocked.

The condo was very nice, clean, well decorated and easy access. The view was beautiful. Beach wasn't useableas there were construction vehicles running up and down the beach all day for beach renourishment. The condo up on 704 was doing work all week with pounding, drilling and banging pretty much till our last day. We left in the morning and came after 5. Other than that it was ok.
