We were nothing but pleased with our stay. The apartment was cute and exactly what we needed. Herve and Joy were there for whatever we needed and so nice! The area was so beautiful being right by the river and just down the road from the ocean. We had tears leaving.

A cozy quiet spot just off of the seashore.
At first it was just my wife and I vacationing, but a good friend was invited to come along at the last minute. The listing quoted a sofabed in the Livingroom but had been changed to a leather sofa, so no bed for our friend. He had to rough it on the couch for three weeks but seemed to adapt well! All in all it was a place that became our home and we wouldn't hesitate to go back again!

This is the first time that a binder or folder was not available when renting through VRBO. We were on our own to figure out what was expected before departing. The furniture was not as pictured and the patio table and chairs desperately need replacing. Rust pieces fell off every time we used them. A grill, desk chair, beach chairs were not there as listed. We would have used all of those. People on vacation want comfortable furniture not a French settee and ladies chair. The pictures should be updated to display what is actually there.
