À propos de cette location de vacances
Beautiful Luxury apartment on the famous 5th Avenue. Located on the newer north end of 5th Ave, nestled in between trendy cafes, restaurants and shops. This brand new studio is walking distance to all that is exciting and fun in Playa. Since it is in the newer part of 5th Ave, you are close to all the excitement and far enough away from the noise to enjoy the peace and beauty of Playa Del Carmen.
This unit is well equipped with all the modern amenities you need to enjoy your beach vacation. The roof top offers a gorgeous salt water infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Ocean. The apartment is located just a few blocks from the most beautiful beaches in Playa del Carmen.
Guests have the whole apartment to themselves and they can use the rooftop terrace and outdoor furniture.
The Building has 24 hour security guard at the entrance.
Guests have concierge service before and during their stay.
It should be noted that there is construction noise in the area. But please note there is construction noise all over Playa del Carmen as it is a growing beach town.

I was down on a business trip for meetings with lawyers, accountant, the bank and sales agent. The property was just blocks from where I needed to meet.
The property is clean, modern, comfortable, roof top pool and it is on 5th Av in Playa Del Carmen.

We have come to Playa several times and have never been quite happy with where we’ve stayed. This condo will now be our go to every time we visit. Super clean, ultra modern and surprisingly spacious for a studio...everything we could ever ask for. And absolutely the best location on 5th ave ...far enough from the super busy section but close enough to get there in just a few minute walk! Can’t wait to come back!
