Our family trip to the Smoky Mountains was absolutely incredible, and staying at this property put us right in the heart of all the local action and water park fun. The accommodations were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect relaxing environment for everyone after a long day of exploring. We had a fantastic experience overall and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Room was clean. This was a family friendly place. The indoor pool needed some work. The playground was really nice for the kids. I will recommend this place to family and friends. The free ticket deal is unbelievable.

The stay was over all a good stay. I think it could use quite a few updates. The pull out couch desperately needs a new mattress & there was crumbs & trash under the pull out couch. The tv in the queen bedroom was so small & outdated the whole picture from what was on TV wouldn’t show. New pull out couch mattress & upgraded TV’s would make the place a lot better.
