Situated in historic town of Monopoli, just 50 meters from the beach, arises this peculiar and magical holiday home: with an interior recalling an “industrial” style, finely retouched with simple and functional vintage details, painting the loft with a welcoming and comforting atmosphere.
The warm colors of wood go hand in hand with the whiteness of the Apulian stones, fusing harmoniously with the metallic surfaces and other peculiarities, typical of an industrial home.
The apartment hosts an ample living area with double sofa bed, a night time area with two sleeps, a fully furnished kitchen and a large bathroom with sanitary services and shower.
Casamas stands out for its terrace, on the same level as the day time area, partially covered and equipped for lunching or dining in the open. The outdoor stairs lead towards a gorgeous terrace with sea view where guests can comfortably lay on sun beds and relax, underneath the shadowing of beach umbrellas, during the hottest hours of the day, admire the breathtaking sunsets and look with new eyes the shining moon that reflects on the waters of Monopoli.

The property is very centrally located and the terrace incl the rooftop is super nice. The apartment itself is pretty basic, the big minus are the beds. They aren’t really beds. It’s basically mattresses on the floor and the window of the „bedroom“ which is more like a whole in the wall goes directly into the dining area of the neighbouring terrace. It’s like someone is talking right next to your bed. Also check in at 4 and check out at 10 is stretching it a little bit.

It was a great appartment on a very good location. We enjoyed our stay in Monopoli very much. The sea is so blue and the food is really delicious!

Our stay was actually great. The apartment was clean, in order, in a great location, the terraces were amazing!
I am giving it a 'fair' rating because the customer service leading up to our arrival was terrible. There was a miscommunication with one of the reps on our way to the apartment of which we take partial responsibility for, and instead of clearing it up like a professional, my guests and I were yelled at and we found it incredibly rude and a terrible way to begin our vacation. We saw an easy way to reach a solution, but it was their job to accommodate us as guests on vacation and offer a solution faster. It felt like we were being scolded in grade school! No thanks.
