Welcome to Phoenix Orange Beach 2006, a luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bath Gulf-front condo that epitomizes coastal living at its finest. Located in one of the newest complexes in Orange Beach, this corner unit on the 20th floor offers breathtaking panoramic views and all the comforts of home.
The Primary suite in this condo is a true sanctuary, featuring a King bed, direct balcony access for those stunning Gulf views, and a lavish Primary bath complete with dual vanities, a Whirlpool tub, and a separate shower. Two additional bedrooms each offer the comfort of 2 Queen beds and share access to a well-appointed bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a cozy retreat with 2 Queen beds and an adjoining bath that includes a walk-in shower. In total, this spacious unit can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.
Step into the expansive living room, where a sofa sleeper complements the seating area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows frame the southern horizon, offering an ever-changing backdrop of the Gulf Coast. The kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation a joy.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online directly through Phoenix Orange Beach. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions that includes a link to register your vehicle and complete your parking pass purchase.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

We enjoyed our stay. Not being able to connect to WiFi was frustrating, but we were able to connect to another room WiFi. The room was nice, the kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances worked well. We did have a fire alarm wake up at 3am one morning so that was awful. It was odd that only our floor and the one above us was evacuated. None of the other floors evacuated. We visited the lobby, but were not able to get any details on the cause. I understand the alarm has to be loud, but this was insanely loud and the voice was so annoying. That was a rough morning with two small children. Overall, the trip was good and the issues were out of your control, but it was frustrating. Thanks.

We loved the place and the view was fantastic. Just a few issues:The kitchen was dirty, we moved the coffee machine and it was filthy under it and with coffee all over the counter.The sink by the faucet had mold all over it and so we cleaned everything before we would use it. The kitchen faucet was extremely loose and you really had to work with it to get the water to turn off.The diningroom chairs arm was extremely loose and a screw actually fell out.The living room chair had a nail coming out of the back and it cut a family member and also ripped a piece of clothing.The first bedroom had sand all over the floorLastly the jack and jill bathroom had an approx. 8x8" hole above the toilet and signs of mold. I have photos of all the issues.

The location and view were stellar! Having 4 bedrooms and 3 baths was great! The promise to replace a broken washing machine was never kept. 24-hour laundry service was offered, but who wants to sent out their underwear? This condo needs some TLC----kitchen faucet drips and is loose, toilet paper holders fall from the wall, refrigerator drawers don't close. The condo hired power washers to clean up the parking garage. They sprayed solution right above my new car causing debris to fall and spots on my windshield and hood. A friendly warning would have been great, so I could have moved my car. Thankfully, after 2 trips to a car wash, the debris came off. We still loved our Orange Beach Trip.
