In event of a cancelation, the credit card fee of up to 5% may not be refundable.
Late Check Outs if undisclosed or not agreed upon will be assed a fee on a 1/2 hour basis of $50. Thus 1 hour will yield a $100 fee.

It's a beautiful property! And a very nice house!The views are gorgeous and a nice big dock to fish off of , and swim. And the boat lift was a big plus for us!

This property is absolute perfection. We had 3 generations meeting for a family getaway, and everyone had the best time. Easy water access, spectacular patio, and the views, my word. Thank you for the perfect spot for memories!
