The holiday apartment 'Ulivo' is located in Finale Ligure and will charm you with its sea view, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This traditional rustic property of 45 m² with stone walls features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with two single beds, one double bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
The apartment is part of a holiday house with several independent units, all within the same historic building.
Amenities include fast Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, shared washing machine and dryer, and TV. A cot and high chair are available on request. You can enjoy a beautiful shared outdoor area with a garden, garden furniture, and barbecue. Have lunch outdoors while admiring the splendid sea view.
The property is 7 km from Finale Ligure, Noli, and Spotorno. The last kilometer is on an unpaved road but accessible by car. A trail allows you to reach Varigotti in 20 minutes; walking back uphill takes about 40 minutes. On-site parking is available.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. There are external security cameras at the entrance and parking area. As a historic building from the 1600s, you may occasionally hear slight noises from the original systems, a sign of its authentic character.

WOW! First, incredible host, warm and welcoming, wanting to make your stay memorable. When you take the driveway in it can be a little challenging, but the host are so accommodating making sure everything is ready and you feel at home. We loved our apartment and how they decorate and make sure you having everything you would need. The pool was a perfect way to spend our afternoons sipping wine and enjoying the local foods. We enjoyed our mornings, afternoons and evenings on the patio with a million dollar view.♥️If it was a little closer to home we would hold our family reunion there. ♥️ thank you for opening your home for all to enjoy.
