The accommodations are rented to the tenant for the specified contract period exclusively for vacation purposes and, depending on the category, may only be occupied by a maximum of 2 adults and, with an extra bed, a maximum of 2 children aged 4 to 16 years.

During the high season, the town is bustling with life; there are plenty of great shopping options, and many events and live concerts take place in front of the Binz Kurhaus.Those who prefer a quieter atmosphere can reach Schmachter Lake or the Granitz forest area in just a few minutes; there, the hunting lodge of the same name, with its observation tower, is one of Rügen’s most popular destinations.
Another highlight is a visit to the treetop trail at the Prora Natural Heritage Center.
Take a leisurely ride on the historic “Rasender Roland” steam train, which departs from the small train station in Binz and takes you to neighboring seaside resorts or to the theater town of Putbus, home to its electoral park with a wildlife enclosure.
Another highlight is a visit to the chalk coast, featuring the Königsstuhl and Cape Arkona, by bus or boat from the Binz pier.
