Located conveniently just steps from the beach, you can enjoy leisurely walks and swim in the pools. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We are just a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping areas are also just a short drive away.
Getting Around:
The property is conveniently located near the airport and offers easy access to taxi services, Uber, and rental cars.
Other Things to Note:
This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your own home, and be careful not to damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7.
NOTE:
The garage will undergo pressure washing of the walls and floors, as well as re-striping, beginning Sunday, April 12, 2026. (Vehicle will be Towed) We anticipate the garage will be open and ready for use by lunchtime on Friday, April 17th. During this time, you may utilize the garage across the street by the lobby.

We loved the location so close to the beach!! The room size was just fine for our stay! Our biggest complaint is just cleanliness. Yes we are told we could contact staff right away and then t would have been fixed immediately but when you arrive excited to take in the sights you do not always look at the cleanliness right away.
