Nestled just a block away from the ocean and perched directly on the bay, this spacious two-bedroom, two- full bathroom condo is situated on the top floor of the building.. Marvel at its resort-like ambiance from the balcony, offering a view of the rooftop pool and a clear sight of Rehoboth Bay. Enjoy full access to the indoor pool and fitness room for those chilly or inclement weather days.
As you enter this stunning condo, you'll notice the spacious open floor plan seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ample storage, and is well-equipped for your culinary needs. The kitchen island provides a cozy spot for a morning cup of coffee.
The dining table accommodates 6, and the adjacent living room offers a wall of windows with a sliding glass door overlooking the private balcony, pool, and deck area. Everything about this property was perfect. The condo was immaculate; clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with necessities. It was so warm and welcoming, it felt like we were staying at a friend’s beach house.
The location is perfect within walking distance to the bay, beach, shopping and restaurants, and a short drive to Rehoboth, but removed from some of the noisier night life. The outdoor pool and views from the balcony can’t be beat. Parking is secure and easy.
100% recommended and will return.

Great stay with our four kids! Condo is clean and well equipped with wonderful amenities. Excellent location to the beach and only drawback to the location is having to cross the constantly busy Route 1 for beach access and restrooms throughout the day. Since it is the top floor of the Hyatt you have that hotel feel with all the hallways, doors and elevators. After checking with property manager, learned our SUV with topper would be to tall for parking garage clearance so brought two cars and utilized both parking spots for unit. Had to bring our own beach towels and gear as none provided. Stored gear in car each day as we didn’t want to drag sand into condo and there was no space to keep it out of the way. Check-in was super efficient thanks to the detailed instructions. Kitchen well stocked. Nice to be able to walk to everything and take the Jolly Trolley up to Rehoboth Beach for a night.
