This great lake home offers over 6000 sqft of covered space, 2700 sqft of heated and cooled, 1200 sqft party deck, and a 1200 sqft boat house, private boat launch, 2 full kitchens, 2 master suites, 2 Queen bedrooms with shared bathroom, 2 queen size sleeper sofas, tankless hot water on demand, 2 wood burning fireplaces, a total of 4 beds and 3.5 bath. Boat launch and outdoor kitchen with fish cleaning station. World class bass fishing, hunting, ATV trail riding are just a few amenities Toledo Bend has to enjoy.Toledo Bend is the largest man-made lake in the Southern United States with the best fishing in Louisiana!
***This home is on a Lake with a damn, extreme levels do affect the launching of a boat. Fluctuating levels are beyond our control and extremely low levels do not allow launching at the boat launch located on the property. When water levels are low there is another boat launch less than a mile down the road to launch your boat during your stay

Once the problem with the door code was solved and we were able to figure out the WiFi ( none of it was correct in my emails)we had a nice stay. The interior of the property was very nice, it was clean and the air worked great. I was a bit disappointed in the exterior docks due to spider webs,(which I realize can’t be gotten rid of completely) a dead fish left by previous guest and such, which indicates it wasn’t cleaned recently. Also pictures were a bit misleading, showing the water was free of duck weed and growth, so would be ok for swimming- it wasn’t. However the kids and adults had a fun time catching fish!
