We recently vacationed with our 3 adult children and their families (total 8 adults and 6 kids ages 2-9) using units 607 (1 BR) and 2BR units 601, 710, and 1101. Our stay at Capri by the Sea could not have been better! All Seasons provided excellent documentation and communication from reservations thru check-in to check-out. The location was outstanding-the bit quieter part of Pacific Beach but easily walkable to restaurants, shops and activities. We all loved the beach views and access, and each unit had 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and various beach toys. The units were clean, tastefully decorated and the building and grounds were well maintained and secure. All Seasons onsite rep Dylan was extremely helpful, from ensuring one unit had pack & play crib and high chair to assisting us with alternative parking when our crossover SUV vehicle did not fit into our assigned spot (607 spot is small-all other spots accommodated our SUV's and minivan). Dylan's attention to detail and focus on customer service was greatly appreciated! This was a “bucket list” vacation for my wife and I-we couldn't be happier with our experience and would definitely recommend!

We stay at the Capri by the Sea every summer ~ for the last 20 years! My children and Grandchildren love to go every summer.🥰⛱️🐚 Having the pool and Jacuzzi each night after a day on the beach …makes a fabulous ending of our day! 🌞 💛

The views are amazing. Location is great. Easy access to beach and onsite secured parking is a plus. The unit itself could use some TLC. The fixtures are dated the carpet is very worn. Furnishing are decent. Main bed is comfy. The shower heads are built for people under 5 feet tall. We had a leak from the floor above us (?) that caused damage to the ceiling and when we asked for an update we never got any follow up from ASR management. Building maintenance crew and security crew were awesome at helping get ahold of ASR as their “after hours” line went straight to voicemail at 8am. I left a message asking for an update and all I got was a call two hours later saying that maintenance was looking into it which we already knew about because they had already met with us. Huge inconvenience and put a damper on the morning.
Overall I would stay again in the same unit. And in the building. ASR could uses some work on communication and keeping the units updated and meeting the premium price that is paid by guests for this location and the expectations that come with that premium price.
