The house was really nice and the bunk area was super cute and as pictured. There was nothing wrong with the house or stay. The main reason the rating isn’t excellent is because at this price point there were some amenities not included that I haven’t ever experienced at a VRBO listing. Basic bathing items (shampoo/wash/etc), laundry detergent (at least a couple of wash loads worth), and most hosts even provide coffee (but this isn’t as common as the previous items). The main issue with these not being provided for me was that it isn’t listed and I didn’t receive notification about it until a few days before arrival. I was already on the road so couldn’t bring them. This should be in the listing as full disclosure. The other surprising thing is the lack of hooks in the bathrooms and closets so there was nowhere to hang clean clothes while showering or hang towels to dry. It’s surprising because it’s such a simple, easy to do and inexpensive upgrade. There were a few other minor things that may be design choices like lack of bath mats and rugs on the polished cement floors.

Communication was good with host until we were there a couple of days. Asked for host to call me because we had an AC issue after it had been repaired and no response. Asked for chlorine for hot tub and was told cleaning team would bring some by. Never saw it. Texted multiple times to see if chlorine was going to be delivered and no response. The grounds needed attention. Tall grass all around the property. No dressers in any of the bedrooms. Lived out of the suitcase for the week.

Beautiful cabin with plenty of room for our family! The bed in the room off the laundry room was a little hard for my liking, but overall the place was wonderful! Bunk beds for the kids, cozy living room with fireplace. Huge dining table with enough room for everyone.

The property was nice and roomy but on arrival, the kitchen trash was full and had not been taken out, there was big yellow tape on dryer and not usable. We also found toothpicks, change and dog hair around. We couldn’t use the fire place because when my husband tried to start the propane logs it black flashed and burned all the hair off my husbands arms, so not trying that again. After the reservations were made, questions were not answered. Finally the week before, I looked up the companies phone number and called. I had to leave a message but a gentleman called me back later that day. The stay was comfortable and roomy though
