You have access to everything listed in The Sherlock unit.
This unit is attached to another 1 bedroom unit. The shared door remains locked at ALL times from both units. There is a shared listing that combines both units, if you want to rent both spaces for your family!
We have one security camera in the shared lobby. It is on top of the landing above the powder room.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
A starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
For stays longer than 21 days, we charge an additional cleaning fee. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.
Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

The Sherlock was so perfect for our stay while we were in Columbia to celebrate the graduation of our new soldier. The host was MOST accommodating to provide changes as needed (because that's the military). Communication was very prompt, kind, and helpful. Check in and check out was super easy. Everyone LOVED the Vestry. It's beautiful, unique and so spacious. We were able to comfortably host family for lunch and the sleeping accommodations were plenty! It was very clean, kitchen is well stocked, the decor is fantastic! We LOVED the vibe! We discussed finding another reason to travel to the area just so we can stay there again! I highly recommend for families traveling to Fort Jackson for Family Day & Graduation. It's an inviting place to relax, play games and hang out with your soldier after Graduation and it's very convenient to base.

This was a super cool property, loved the aesthetics of not only our room, but the lobby as well. The decor is well thought out and is very nice for pics. It says two bedroom, but with two full bedrooms, and a bed in the loft, its closer to a 3 bed, which is nice. The shower is great, and water pressure and heat is perfect. There is a slight mildew smell in the condo. The area does not have much to offer, you will have to drive to get coffee or food.
