Everything was excellent! Host was very responsive! The house was clean and accommodated my family of 7 very well! I would definitely recommend this house to my friends and family!

As described, very clean and a beautiful location. Hot tub was like new, bathrooms all very clean and new and the kitchen and layout upstairs was very convenient. Driveway and roads are awkward in the area with very tight corners.

Amenities in good condition, quiet area, yet close to activities.

Over all we enjoyed our stay. Checking in was delayed about 30-45 minutes due to the cleaner still being there, which I am sure was a one off. However, The pictures on VRBO were misleading in terms of location and view. There are houses all around and the pictures give the impression that it is secluded. As far as space and comfort and location to Gatlinburg, it was great.
