This one bedroom apartment in the Schüttdorf area of Zell am See near to the local shops. It is located on the first floor of the house with a side entrance. It is a short walk to the ski area Schmitten and the nearest lift is called Areit Xpress.
In the main bedroom it has one double bed, this room has double doors leading to the balcony. There is a double sofa bed in the open plan living room, and therefore capacity to sleep 4 people.
A long balcony flanks the front and side elevation, with access from the kitchen, living room and bedroom with views out towards the mountains.
The apartment is a reasonable size, and has a separate bathroom with shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
The open plan living space has a built-in dining corning. The kitchen is off to one side so although not separate, it is not directly within the living space.
The kitchen is well appointed with the usual modern appliances including refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, with dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle provided.
The accommodation is equipped with internet (Wi-Fi) and has central heating.
Parking is outside at the rear of the property, which is private, allocated and open air.
A laundry package (linen+towels) / person is included.

Great location. A well-equipped kitchen.

Weak lighting in the room. There are no second curtains.
Poor sound insulation with the upper floor. Especially above the bedroom.
