“A SHORE THING” is a beautifully renovated and equipped, beachfront townhome, located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach. The second floor features a brilliantly re-imagined primary wing. The oversized main bedroom now connects seamlessly to an adjoining suite with its own private door and dedicated bathroom. The Multi-Generationally Suite contains a queen and twin size beds, this space is the ultimate luxury nursery, playroom, or private retreat just steps from the parents."
Enjoy the quiet privacy of this home, with close access to all that 30A and PCB has to offer; dining, golf, spa, fishing, state parks, and other recreational activities. Located just minutes from Rosemary Beach and Seaside to the west, and Pier Park, with dining, shopping, and a movie theatre to the east. Publix, Winn Dixie, and CVS are less than a quarter mile, and famous Thomas' Donuts is close by too!
This 3 level home has a private, enclosed garage, with beach access, a beach closet with 2nd refrigerator and beach toys, gas grill, and laundry on ground level. A second parking space is directly in front of the garage.
The main level includes a spacious deck with lots of comfortable seating to enjoy amazing sunsets! Inside is a beautifully furnished living area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and a bedroom with 2 queen beds and private bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The house was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed—and even a few extras that made our stay even more enjoyable.The layout was perfect for our family, providing plenty of space to relax and spend time together. We especially loved the comfortable couch and the outdoor seating area. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

We loved the location, on the beach and NOT close to public access. Great communication with owners. Did not use the kitchen much, but did use the upper and lower outside "decks" and they were great. Master bedroom and bed were the best we have had at The Shores. Not sure of the other bedrooms since it was just my wife and I. Refrigerator (ice maker), microwave, and Keurig coffee pot were very nice. What a view!
